We are located in East Bethel, Minnesota,
near the intersection of Highway 65 and Sims Road.

Flex Fitness is open 24 hours a day with staff on hand from

7:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday-Thursday

7:00 am - 6:00 pm Friday's

8:00 am - Noon on Saturdays.
